Description:
Spirates is set in a universe within a child's fantasy universe. The tranquility of this imaginary world, inhabited by space pirates with technologically advanced spaceships and mechas, is interrupted by an unknown threat, corrupting the most valiant captains of space. Chaos reigns over various planetary systems, but a valiant hero and his best friend embark on a journey to restore balance in the universe.
Take-Away:
Over the course of this project I learned a lot about working with teams that were not located in the same place. We were working with studios in multiple countries to create a single product. This was also an excellent chance to hone my skills in creating useful user testing data and visualizing in a manor that would allow for beneficial change.
